Xingbin (Selina) Huang
Selina is the founder of Huang Law Professional Corporation. Selina has legal background in both Canadian and Chinese laws. Her practice areas specialize in commercial real estate, franchise law, corporate law, trust law and family law.
Before coming to Canada, Selina worked at Women Association in China as a legal counsel in women and children law, family law and marriage law. In Canada, she studied with Professor Benjamin Geva, who is one of the leading legal experts in financial and banking law, electronic banking, and the regulation of payment systems at Osgoode Hall Law School. Her publication includes Comparative Studies of Payment Systems Between China and Canada, USA, EU: Legal and Regulatory Issues.
Selina articled with Mr. Barry Roternberg who has over 40 years’ experience in commercial lending, land development and joint ventures for builders.
In her spare time, Selina likes dancing, traveling, fengshui study and sports.
