Pui Lun (Polly) Lam is a lawyer at Kai Deng Law Professional Corporation. She works with individuals, families, and business clients on a wide range of transactional and dispute matters.

Her practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, corporate matters, commercial leasing, family contracts, wills and powers of attorney, as well as civil litigation involving pre-construction closing disputes, contractual disputes, and related claims and defences. Polly takes a practical, detail-oriented, and responsive approach to her work, helping clients assess their options, address issues as they arise, and move their matters forward.

Polly obtained her law degree in Hong Kong and was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2022. Before relocating to Canada, she practiced civil litigation in Hong Kong. She completed her NCA accreditation in 2022, passed the Ontario bar exams, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.

In her free time, Polly enjoys reading, swimming, playing badminton, and volleyball.
