Pui Lun (Polly) Lam
Pui Lun (Polly) Lam is a lawyer at Kai Deng Law Professional Corporation, where she focuses on residential real estate transactions as well as business and personal legal matters. She has experience assisting clients with purchases, sales, assignments, and mortgage refinances. Her practice also includes business purchase and sale transactions, drafting of commercial lease agreements, as well as preparing marriage contracts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Polly obtained her law degree in Hong Kong and was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2022. Before relocating to Canada, she practiced civil litigation in Hong Kong. She completed her NCA accreditation in 2022, passed the Ontario bar exams, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
In her free time, Polly enjoys reading, swimming, playing badminton, and volleyball.
